For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $560,000 in Clark County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $570,440 in May.
Mount Vista had 18 new listings and 23 listings that went under contract in April, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 42—down 23.64% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in May.
Of those 42 active listings, 47.62% reduced their price in the month of April. The median listing price for homes in Mount Vista fell 1.61% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $614,950. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to fall.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell year-over-year. In April 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 49 days, compared to 63 days in April 2024.
