One day a charming lady knocked on our door and the rest is history. Adela Philipson was canvassing the entire Coral Ridge area. When we decided to sell a property we had four choices of agents. She was by far the best prepared with the best attitude. She directed a totally never before seen scenario including pre-inspection and a multitude of showings.
