We have bought and sold several homes, and Albert is by far the best agent we have ever had. Coming from out of state and finding a good agent seemed like an impossible task, and I was so grateful that I was referred to Albert. He is an excellent communicator who always responds to texts and phone calls in a timely manner. He truly cares about his clients and goes out of his way to make sure their needs are met. Since we were out of state, Albert took the time to drive to different builders and take videos of model homes and possible homesites for us. Once we found a home we liked, he was on the phone with us and the seller's agent and made the whole deal possible in an impossible market, and he was our advocate throughout the entire building process. Albert also knows a lot of good people and helped us secure a perfect a rental home while we waited for our home to be built as well as find quality contractors for extra work we wanted done. I cannot say enough good things about him.

You can do that yourself on zillow, don’t need an agent for that! Once you decide to put an offer, he does thorough research on the price and will NEVER ask you to offer a higher price just to make a deal. Makes the end to end process seamless to the buyers. You put in an offer and you show up for closing with Albert flawlessly orchestrating all the necessary processes behind the the scenes. Highly recommend him
