Alex Malcolm

I'm Alex Malcolm. I've been licensed to sell real estate since 2018 and have closed over 120 transactions in my career thus far.

I come from a humble rural upbringing and pride myself on bringing some blue-collar work ethic to a white-collar industry. I spent my early working years as an auto technician. As that career began to wear on me, I found myself extremely attracted to the home trades my friends worked in, such as contracting and electrical work. Combining that attraction with my passion for working on my own home, and the fact that my wife was already in the real estate world, I found myself moving in that direction. I realized I had a niche: I can help buyers and sellers navigate their sales with a trades and general contracting knowledge edge. I'm more apt to point out the age of the water heater or roof than the type of countertops.

Going the extra mile for my clients is my number one priority.
