My name is Ryley Norman and I have been a real estate agent since 2018.

I am grateful to have grown up in a household with a mother who worked as a real estate agent for 20+ years. It gave me an early advantage, having insight into the workings and the language of the industry. I have monitored the ebs and flows of the market since before I can remember.

I pride myself on many different areas of expertise. I create a comforting and stress free environment for first time homebuyers, I have a soft and accommodating approach for seniors, I manage the many nuances of government relocations, and I have aggressive negotiating tactics for my investor clients.

Working with Ryley has been a very unique experience. I have worked with a few realtors before but my first meeting with Ryley made me feel that he was different. He is professional, proactive, soft-spoken, and understands what he is doing. He goes above and beyond expectations. I wasn't able to show up for a sewer inspection when Ryley offered to go in for me and saved the day. I think he is also very good at understanding what his clients find value in and tries to fulfill those requirements by suggesting the right properties. How can I forget how he personally came over after our closing with his ladder and pruning shears to help us with the yard work.
