I've been listening to Dave Ramsey on 107.1 at 6pm for a few years. Allison came up in my search and she called me almost immediately. We made an appointment 2 days later. She came and brought comps and we discussed price. The previous realtor didn't bring a single comp and wanted to list at 75k less than Allison. At the end of our meeting, she gave me homework. Once it was completed, she came back with a professional photographer and took the most amazing photos, made a reel, and the house went "Live" that Friday. The following Thursday we received an offer. Allison was amazing! She was kind, thoughtful, patient, and walked us through the process with ease. She then assisted with the purchase of the new house a 100 miles away. I highly recommend Allison.
