As a first time home buyer, I was extremely fortunate to have had Amanda on my side.
When we met, I had just begun my search. Her wealth of experience was evident throughout the search, as she really helped me determine which factors were most important for me, and point out aspects of properties that were important to consider. I want to make clear, there was absolutely zero pressure from Amanda to rush into any decision. It was clear she wanted me to really take my time and find something that I would be happy with long term, for which I am grateful.
In addition, she has strong negotiating skills and is tapped into the market; when a listing that I was very interested in had significantly dropped in price, she informed me the very next day (I now live there).

An incredibly amazing experience to work with Amanda

Our family made the decision to sell my mother in laws home. The first home to my wife and sister in law. It was quite an emotional time.
