My husband Jacob and I chose Joe as our real estate agent when we were house hunting. As first time house buyers, Joe made the process easy and stress-free. He talked us though every step, made the process of narrowing down houses in areas we were interested in nice and easy, and made great suggestions for houses for us to check out. The house we ultimately chose was one of the one's he suggested we look at on one of our house hunting days when other places we wanted to look at didn't work out. When our offer on the house was accepted, he talked us through each next step before closing date, and called us on closing date to offer some final tips.
Throughout the process, Joe was consistently patient and friendly. He was also always quick at answering our emails with any questions we had. Overall, our experience with him was very positive. We strongly recommend him as a real estate agent!

Joe was our real estate agent for the purchase of our new home and the sale of our current home. We started working with Joe based on a referral from a close friend. Buying a family home is a long and arduous process but Joe was a true professional - very methodical in this approach, practical in his advice and patient throughout the process. He kept our needs and priorities front and centre and provided solid advice that helped us stay on track. For the sale transaction, we were in a rare slow housing market over the summer, but he guided us through the process, including whether to rent or sell, and helped us list and sell our place in less than two weeks (which is quite rare at the moment). He was a useful resource for all the key contacts we needed, including stagers, photographers, lawyers and even handymen!
