My husband Jacob and I chose Joe as our real estate agent when we were house hunting. As first time house buyers, Joe made the process easy and stress-free. He talked us though every step, made the process of narrowing down houses in areas we were interested in nice and easy, and made great suggestions for houses for us to check out. The house we ultimately chose was one of the one's he suggested we look at on one of our house hunting days when other places we wanted to look at didn't work out. When our offer on the house was accepted, he talked us through each next step before closing date, and called us on closing date to offer some final tips.

I was referred to Joe who, handled both the sale of my existing house as well as the purchase of my new one. To simply give him five stars does not begin to explain our experience.

Joe mentioned that he gets majority of his customers through word of mouth and after working with him, I understand why. He is an exceptionally professional agent who's primary focus is the needs of his customers. He patiently worked with us for many months helping us find our new home while actively promoting the sale of our last house even though it was well outside of his normal area.

When looking at homes, he was very clear of the benefits and challenges and how well they aligned with our needs. This really helped us make a very well informed purchase at a market appropriate price.
