I am a licensed realtor myself and I originally came into contact with Amanda from calling her about a listing she had. Since I was from the Fraser Valley, I did not know the local market AT ALL and so I had dozens of questions.

She answered them all with ease and passed my test with flying colors. It was very clear to me that she was knowledgeable on the local market and knew exactly where to direct me to find what I was looking for. She was prompt with setting me up with the right properties and when it came time for us to write on one we wanted, her skills came into play for recommending what we should offer and how to beat out 8 other offers. This is where it really pays off to have a local realtor.

We ended up winning the offer and the paperwork was seamless and she did a great job communicating with us quickly every time and with coordinating appraisals and inspections. I would use her again and recommend her to any of my other clients moving out this way.

As first time buyers, my husband and I were pretty green to the whole process of purchasing a home. We had so many questions and so many apprehensions about making such a large purchase. I often felt I may have been annoying her with my incessant questions but Amanda just saw every question I had as an opportunity to educate me on the process of purchasing a home.
