I guess it is obvious than we were more that happy with Amanda. Some of the above questions I am not sure about, the house sold in 3 days and I was not quite sure about all the advertising.

Amanda sold my house in less time than I expected for exactly what I wanted for it. She provided me renovation and staging advice that helped me sell faster and for more money! I work in the advice business and I have a high standard and expectation and she definitely met and exceeded this for me.
