Because Amy is so well-known in the area, she already had a prospective buyer in mind when we called her. We were under contract in 24 hours from calling Amy to list our home. That is another reason to choose her, she has a list of buyers and sellers available in a hot market like now ready to sell and buy. She took all the headache away from the "waiting" for a buyer to come along.
