My name is Baya Poole licensed with Sutton West Coast Realty. The service I offer to my clients is with the motive of always going above and beyond, to not only complete the transaction, but complete it seamlessly. With this being said I like to go back to the basics, making sure you understand the fiduciary duties you're entitled to when being represented by an agent. Some of these duties entail, me working for your best interest, being loyal to you, disclosing all material information, and maintaining confidentiality.
