I am the Team Leader of the Latham Team at RE/MAX Nyda Realty Inc. I started the team with my father, Steve Latham, in 2017. I began my career with RE/MAX back in 2012, and we are one of the top-producing teams in the Fraser Valley. Our team consists of me, Steve, Juan, Katie, and Bruce. Juan is fluent in Spanish, which adds an extra level of service to our clients. Raised in Richmond, I have strong connections in the city, as that's where I was a Realtor for five years before moving to the Fraser Valley. This gives my team the ability to list and sell almost anywhere in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley with strong product and location knowledge. I can’t give enough praises to do justice for how great my experience with Brad Latham from the LathamTeam. Saying he went above and beyond for me is an understatement. Not only did he get me a great price on my new home, he made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. He even replaced the stove at my new home on his own dime when the original stove at the home was not functioning properly on move in day. I give Brad an easy 10/10. Will 100% use him again in the future and would encourage anyone reading this to do so as well.
