WE MADE SO MANY REPAIRS (MOSTLY LITTLE ONES) THAT IT WAS ON THE MARKET FOR ALMOST 5 MONTHS. SHE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL WITH THE COMPARISON PRICES, AND SHE MADE SETTLEMENT SO PEACEFUL, EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL.
