Beth knew exactly what kind of property we could afford and looking for. She did not show us properly over what we could afford and thus saved us time looking for the best deal. Thank you Beth you are the greatest. Keep up the good work.

Beth really cared for our experience trying to find a home. She didn't talk us into places we couldn't afford, which has been my experience with other people. Beth asked multiple times exactly what we needed as a family and stuck to houses that fit those needs. In the negotiation phase, she made everything easy and explained step by step what she was doing for us. She goes above and beyond as your real estate agent, and we would definitely work with her again.

Beth was excellent when we encountered a few roadblocks on our purchase, she was adaptive and flexible ensuring we were taken care of during a stressful time.

Beth is AMAZING! We bought AND sold a house with Beth. She was so knowledgeable regarding our needs in the purchase and patient with our wants in the sale. She was prompt to reach out when properties hit the market that were a good fit for our family. Beth's fun and encouraging personality was comforting throughout our home buying and selling process, it can be stressful! If you're looking to buy or sell, I 100% recommend giving her a call.

To say the least Beth was awesome! I called/texted her at all hours and she answer every time and responded quickly. She has a great sense of humor which injected calmness into the scenario. She also leveraged a drywall expert to assist in some smaller repairs.

I vow to never sell again due to the moving chaos, but if I ever did sell again I would leverage Beth.

The truly refreshing thing about listing with Beth was that she was SO proactive about marketing. It should also be noted that Beth was very compassionate - she didn't just listen to my concerns, she kept them in mind while working on my behalf. She was honest and upfront, she did a great job of helping me with expectation management, and she actively advocated for me as her client. I know this is her job, but I appreciated how much passion she put into it. I never felt like I was merely a source of income. I know that Beth puts her heart into her work and she truly strives to give her clients a positive experience to help them live happier lives with the purchase or sale of their home. It is an emotional process for a lot of people and Beth regards it as such.

In terms of value, I can't fully express how satisfied I was with the listing and sale of my home. You simply can't put a price on peace of mind and outstanding customer service.

Beth was absolutely amazing! I struggled with 4 other realtors who would not listen. Beth listens and does not bother you while you are trying to look at a house. She guides you through the process and answers every question with patience. She went above and beyond to handle paperwork, communicate with the seller/agent and help during a messy closing. She's is truly in it for her client and represents them as such.
