Beth made the sale process More than convenient! She gave an accurate analysis of comparable homes for sale in the area. the extremely low volume of homes available helped us price the home at a price significantly higher than what other realtors recommended. She assisted the process with the tiny details, even giving me the contact of a repair person to make small fixes needed prior to sale, and picked up a garage door opener that I'd misplaced. She heard me out and took my perspective into consideration and coordinated a very smooth process!
