Hi, I'm Bob! Since you are reading this, I assume you would like to know a little bit about me; is that a safe assumption?

First, I am a full-time Realtor, earning my real estate license in 2002. Over the past few years, I have not been very active in the real estate industry due to the pandemic and family reasons.

However, that doesn't mean I stopped everything. I kept my real estate knowledge current with the latest trends, including how to write offers focusing on the five major points and developing multiple offer forms to help sellers choose the best offer. It's not always about the highest price; terms are important too.

I hold my license with a company that emphasizes education and training for their agents, and I take full advantage of that. I participate in far more education and training classes than the required 12 hours of continuing education.
