Brandi worked her tail off trying to get my house sold. I had a situation where lots of people liked my house but I was in a flood zone and that killed a lot of sales but Brandi never gave up and she worked and worked on marketing and she got it sold for me, and I couldn't be happier.

Brandy has put up with me and my special needs on my house for a couple years and I can't thank her enough for her patience, and her knowledge she knew that we were looking for a very particular situation, and I couldn't be more happier with the place we found she never ever made me feel like I was annoying her or bothering her with questions, because believe me, I had a lot! Lol she's one of the most kindest people I know I definitely wouldn't recommend her to anybody I know and everybody I don't know !!

Brandi is top tier. This was my first time buying a home,I was referred by my parents who had just bought a house through her as well. As buying a home for the first time is stressful enough there were also some difficulties along the way with the house but Brandi helped resolve it all throughout the way. She definitely stays on top of things which I very much appreciate. I would call and text quite a bit with questions and she would always respond right away or in a reasonable time with answers or assure me she'd contact someone who has those answers. I loved working with her and anyone who gets to work with her would love her to. (:

I have nothing but positive things to say about Brandi and I'm more than sure others would as well. She hit the excellence mark throughout the whole time. She was definitely on my side especially when it came to resolving issues with the house she was on top of all that,assuring that I will walk into this house in good conditions.

I very much appreciate Brandi, even though we've already closed on the house I had still reached out to her with a couple of questions and she still had helped me gain the answers to my questions. (:

Brandi did a fantastic job of researching the area in order to offer our home at the right value! She made negotiations with prospective buyers a stress free process and was consistently analyzing the market to ensure the most efficient and valuable outcome for us! She went above and beyond in all aspects and had such a natural way of putting us at ease. Brandi was extremely prepared each step of the way and we cannot sing her praise loud enough- She is truly the best at what she does and we are so thankful and blessed to have had her leading our journey!
