Inventory in Columbus has inched up in this rolling three-month view, with active listings up slightly year over year while months of supply is still just 2.2. Homes sold have increased around 5 percent from a year ago, indicating steady buyer activity even as pending sales have dipped a bit. More than four in ten properties are going under contract within two weeks, so well-priced homes are not sitting long.
