Brennan helped us sell our home and far exceeded our expectations! He was very thorough in the listing process and we felt he was truly looking out for our best interests. We ended up receiving multiple offers within 24 hours of listing, and accepting and offer above our asking price! As the offers came in and the deal progressed, it was so great to have Brennan in the driver seat, to answer our questions and always respond with an extremely knowledgeable answer. Brennan was great. Even though the properties we were looking at were relatively small-time sales he was always available and enthusiastic to show us cabins and work through the details. Also as a “local” around the lake, he was very knowledgeable of the area and real estate dynamics of the particular market we were looking at. He was very friendly and responsive and the whole buying experience was very positive.

Brennan Zurowski was absolutely a dream to deal with through the whole process from start to finish. He went above and beyond our expectations to get our house sold and get us into our dream home.

His knowledge, quick responses, humor and feedback were appreciated. He is honest and very straightforward with correspondences and with his opinions through the process.

He was accommodating when we had questions or needed information anytime day or night. By the end of the whole process we felt like we had gained a new friend.

Absolutely phenomenal to work with, very friendly and easygoing, and easy to talk to. Had a very good working knowledge of the area where we were shopping in Regina, and of the things to look for in regards to purchasing a house ie structural, cosmetics, etc, as well as a lot of things that may be issues that aren't obvious at first glance.

We picked Brennan as our realtor because we had been casually looking at properties and one of the ones we were interested in was listed by C&C. Brennan was awesome to deal with from the very beginning. We knew listing in October wouldn’t be great but we did have a ton of showings before Christmas. The camera he uses for the pictures and video for the listing is phenomenal! If you stage your home properly, his camera will accent all your hard work. He was straightforward with us about everything and since I was a home selling and buying newbie (this was my husbands 1st house that we just sold), he did a great job of dumbing it down for me. We asked a lot of questions and he was always patient with us. Brennan is extremely knowledgeable about everything to do with buying or selling a home; I don’t think there was anything he didn’t know the answer to. When he helped us buy our new home he prepared us properly and knew what we needed to do. We could not have asked for a better realtor! Thank you Brennan!
