In 2019 Brennan was the agent who facilitated the purchase of our condominium. He was cheerful, knowledgeable, patient, and provided meaningful factors to consider for each property we viewed. When we decided to sell that property he was the only person we considered.

Upon contacting Brennan from Mexico about listing the property he provided us with market analysis of the condo, created a stunning photo gallery of our home, prepared all of the necessary documentation, electronically sent the files to us and reviewed them with us via WhatsApp.

Upon completion of the documentation he advised us when it would be available on MLS. Within hours of the property being listed we had an offer. Brennan provided his perspective and we countered. Within a few hours the condo was sold having been on the market less than one day.
