We decided to sell our family cottage at Regina Beach, which, for us siblings, could have been a stressful experience. However, our recent experience with our real estate agent, Brennan, helped make it a satisfyingly seamless experience in the end.
We had extraordinary extenuating circumstances: four siblings coming together to sell a family cottage. Brennan proved to be flexible and accommodating every step of the way, ensuring each of our respective needs were met. The four of us had different needs and schedules, but Brennan rose to this challenge. For one member of the family living overseas, Brennan kindly and willingly offered his time and effort to ensure the needs of this particular's seller were attended to. All dealings were helped by Brennan's particularly proficient use of technology. There were four of us living in four different locations, but through his awareness of the benefits of technology, all processes were carried out quickly and efficiently.

Brennan Zurowski was (once again) fantastic to work with! His knowledge of the property area made our decision to move forward with the purchase so much easier. His understanding and experience with real estate and banking procedures were invaluable throughout the purchase process. He was quick to respond to any questions or requests we had, and his contact lists for roofers, home inspectors, etc. proved incredibly helpful. We are a very happy 2-for2 in working with Brennan and therefore highly recommend him without hesitation!

I'm extremely happy with the speed of the sale and the entire process was straightforward and streamlined. Brennan was easy to communicate with and seemed to understand exactly what I required as we were setting up the sale. I noticed a new listing the day We were to leave back to Alberta Brennan acted quickly to get his capable associate John show us the property in allotted time which we very much appreciate. Although I lost out on property as luck would have it the other offer fell through and Thanks to Brennan contacting me and resubmitted offer and now excited to take possession of amazingly well kept property end of July. I have dealt with Brennan in past who is always trustworthy, honest,cordial polite humorous , accommodating and does his due diligence to make sure the seller and buyer are aware of the pros and cons of the property. Being old school I believe in supporting local businesses . I would and always recommend anyone who asks who the realtor I deal with.
