Brent was open and honest about his knowledge of the Hague area. He didn’t know a lot, but he did all his research and provided us with a very quick conditional offer that was a great price! Sadly, the sale of their house did not go through and so they were unable to meet conditions. So, we kept moving forward. Brent kept the people coming through, kept us up to date on what was happening, and helped ease us into meeting market conditions. All the while, he was respectful of our budget and bottom dollar. And then we sold!
After that, Brent helped three women with differing opinions find their new home in a very quick turn around time. Excellent! That is Brent. And I will be recommending him to anyone looking to buy/sell a home.

Excellent handling, great marketing and over excellent job

Buying and selling a house is super stressful and never easy but Brent Herman definately takes some of that stress off your shoulders.
