Shayla Ackerman in my opinion is an outstanding realtor. My situation dictated a move across 3 Provinces and started over 8 months ago with Shayla providing me with almost daily listings. During a very short House Hunting trip, Shayla was more than ready for me in all aspects - so much so, that we completed viewing several possible listings and a home purchase within 4 days! Shayla also saved me thousands of dollars off the listed price by making me aware of certain items that required attention and had pre-booked the House Inspector prior to me actually locking onto a house. In all honesty, I do not think that I could or would have found a better realtor and will be highly recommending her to any family and friends who may be considering buying a house.
