It is hard to know where to start because Shayla did everything well! Her knowledge of the real estate market in Regina is excellent. Her communication with us was honest and thorough. She wasn't afraid to steer us away from making a purchase that we might regret. She rearranged her schedule when necessary to accommodate our requests. She made sure that we clearly understood all aspects of the legal paperwork. She also went above an beyond when we ran into a few glitches with the removal of the conditions including a very late night to ensure the sale went through. For us the whole process was extremely stressful as we are relocating back to Regina after living at the lake for the last 20 years! She was understanding when we were overwhelmed and couldn't seem to decide what we actually wanted or needed. Never made us feel like we wasted her time in any way. More importantly, she treated us like family and wanted to ensure that our new home fit our lifestyle and wishes. I will not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends.
