Calla saw that our prior listing had expired and proactively contacted me to ask for the listing. We were not prepared to re-list the property right away as there were some repairs that needed to be made to the property prior to listing it again. Calla consistently followed-up with me until we were ready to put the house on the market again. Her persistence and leading sales reputation won our business!

Office staff was excellent

I chose Calla Ricciardi to sell my home after interviewing other agents because of her excellent record of selling homes in the area, and because after meeting with her, I was confident that she was a professional who could get the job done. Calla kept me informed every step of the way and she and her staff were readily available to answer any questions I had. Real estate is Calla's passion, not a part time job for her. I would highly recommend Calla to friends and family who are interested in buying or selling a home!

Great job, Calla is the best...

I preferred to work with someone who had a 'staff' and was not a one person operation to handle any potential problems/ details. Being an out of State seller this sale went very smoothly and Calla and her team went beyond the call of duty in several instances. The house had several offers within the first week due to being priced properly. Would definitely use Calla again. I initially met with Calla, listed the house and never saw her or her team again...they took care of everything from getting the roof repaired, a gas leak fixed and things left in the garage disposed of. Thank you!
