Calla and her team did a great job working with me to sell my property from start to finsih. They were able to work through any road blocks that popped up and handled everything in a very timely manner.

Calla worked vey hard not just at selling my house but also dealing with legal issues since my ex-husband who co-owned the house died before the house was sold.

Quick and efficient. Came in with some homes in mind, she was able to show me those homes, including some of her own suggestions. Came back in a well later married out down to two homes. The next day I made an offer on a home it was accepted. Calla made suggestions on what to check. Ended up saving me an additional $1,800.

I am so glad that Calla seeked me out and insisted that I meet with her so she could sit down and show me WHY I should still keep my house on the market during the winter rather than taking a winter break and relisting again in the spring. The sign went up on a Wednesday and that Saturday there was an accepted offer. I was just in shock!

Calla and her team were extremely organized and prepared in all areas of the sale contract. That really meant a lot to me. I was kept informed during each step of the process.

Working with her and her assistant Christina was a pleasure. I felt that they were always available to speak with me and happy to do so. I would recommend Calla and Century 21 in a heart beat and would definately use her again . My only regret is not finding her sooner..
