Calla Ricciardi discussed the sale of our home with us thoroughly. She knew exactly what to price our home at & how to get many prospective buyers. Our home sold in 1 weekend with multiple offers being made. We even received more for our home than we were asking. Calla called us many times throughout the entire process asking if we had any questions for her. She kept us informed. My wife & I couldn't believe it sold so quickly. The closing went just as she said it would and in fact the closing took place about 2 weeks sooner than we were expecting. Calla Ricciardi is a true professional and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone wanting to sell or buy a home. We could not have had a better experience.

Calla was great! We needed to sell quickly because my husband had gotten an unexpected job offer 4 hours away. We were under contract in less than a week and able to move forward with finding our new home. Calla was upfront with pricing recommendations and costs which was key in getting the house sold. Calla and her team were always reachable for any questions or concerns we had and if they didn't have an answer they found one quickly. I would absolutely use Calla again if we ever move back to area!

From our initial meetings to the final closing, Calla was with us at every step of this process. Her expert knowledge of the local market was incredible and the results of this showed in how quickly our house was sold!

Calla Ricciardi showed a genuine interest in helping us sale our property. She understood the special needs that we had living in a distant state and family health issues.
