I have known Calla since high school in the 1970's as she grew up across the street from my parents house on 70th Street. I kept a flier she sent to them many years ago and knew I would refer to her to sell my parents house when the time came to do so which was in 2020.
Calla was extremely professional, courteous and prompt in communicating. She and her team were always on top of everything in the sale process especially since I do not reside in the same city of the sale of my parents house in Kenosha and communications were handled primarily electronically.
I really wasn't certain if the timing would be right to sell the house due to the COVID-19 outbreak however, it did sell rather quickly and all went very well.
I would recommend Calla and her competent team to anyone seeking a realtor in the Kenosha area.

Calla was able to assess my needs as far as selling the house, explained everything thoroughly and kept in contact regularly throughout the process. When I had doubts in certain areas, she was able to explain why thing were done in the manner they were and calmed any fears I might have. I had complete faith that she would see the process through very carefully.

Although I dreaded the selling process because of the age of my house, she made it easy and was always available to answer any of my concerns.
