I asked around for a recommendation of a real estate agent that is willing to work with first time buyers and I'm so glad Carol Lynn Seifert was mentioned. She was very much the "mom" kind of agent I needed as a new, young buyer. Carol Lynn is a phenomenal realtor and helped us to best-negotiate an offer we may have initially rejected that wound up being a successful sale. We had lots of interest in our unit, it had an offer on the second day it was listed, a final offer accepted within 3 weeks, and closed within a month after the offer was accepted. Carol Lynn knows the Northwest suburbs inside and out - the can tell you every benefit and drawback to every neighborhood and school. She gets to know her clients and what they will/will not like so she'll pre-screen properties for you. Our condo was only on the market for 21 days before we accepted an offer and she really helped us negotiate the best sales price for both our sale and purchase. I view Carol Lynn as a trusted friend.
