I was new at selling a home. I must have called Carol Lynn several times a day! She always took my calls if she wasn't busy with another seller or buyer. She returned calls, or checked in with me at all times of the day, and on weekends. She held my hand before, during and after the sale. I was going to purchase a home out of state after the estate sold and closed. I looked online at literally hundreds of listings. Our property was marketed much more professionally than any other property I looked at. Our listing was shown online with an outstanding virtual tour. This really helped to get traffic to our home, and to sell the house. Carol Lynn advised me how to stage the house for the pictures. We followed her advice, and it made our listing much more professional.
