I have to say when I first met Cassandra we were looking for a house and she just happened to be at a house that we were looking at. I told her what I was looking for and very specific on what I wanted I told her it would probably be impossible this lady went above and beyond what my expectations were. I would find houses she would come and meet me and they weren't what the pictures appeared to be. Anybody trying to buy a house in florida knows how crazy the market is. I was introduced to Cassandra through a good friend. We were very discouraged after looking at 50+ houses and could not close on a property. We gave her an impossible task we wanted a 4 bed 2 bath house with a pool. She was able to pull a unicorn out of the crazy market. Cassandra was able to get us our dream house 4 bed 2 bath 2800+ sqft house with a pool and was able to get seller to pay closing costs.
