Hello, my name is Charlie Gehrke, and I am a REALTOR® in the Greater Fox Cities Area, where I love helping people achieve their dreams of buying and selling homes. My market includes Appleton, Greenville, Neenah, and the surrounding areas. I became licensed in 2010 and earned the Rising Star award from EXIT Elite Realty during my first year. Since then, I have worked with some of the industry's top agents and coaches who have enhanced my understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate.
I am a member of the REALTOR® Association of Northeast Wisconsin (RANW), where I serve on the Governmental Affairs Committee. I have been an active member of the Women's Council of REALTORS® Fox Valley, serving as President in 2017, and I am currently the 2019 President of the Women's Council of REALTORS® Wisconsin. I am also an active member of the VFW Auxiliary Post #6705.
As a long-time resident of the Fox Valley, I have grown along with our communities. I was raised on a dairy farm near Omro, where I developed my strong work ethic. I graduated with my degree in Architecture, specializing in residential design. I pride myself on being an area expert as well as a wealth of knowledge, from floor plans to the marketing of homes.
