Chase has been absolutely stellar! My husband and I purchased from out of state and Chase was our eyes and ears on this purchase. He found us a phenomenal home that met all of our boxes. Our relationship didn't end there, we are still in contact with any sorts of questions about the home, how things work and yard maintenance questions, etc. He has also provided us with a list of local resources above and beyond the customary utility services, i.e. handy man, water system maintenance, for any future issues we may have. He has clued me in on the necessary seasonal requirements as my husband and I are not familiar with snowy winters. I will highly recommend him to anyone looking to relocate to the Bozeman area. He has now become a friend with whom I look forward to having coffee with upon my Montana visits!!

Excellent experience. I had a pretty restrictive list of wants/needs in the property I was looking for which made for it very difficult to find a match. Chase helped me with my search for a year- always updating listings and showing me new options that would come onto market. Chase always answered my calls or returned them promptly, and he did a ton of ground work to help me find what I was looking for. Even drove across the state multiple times for me when I found a potential property that we ended up closing on. Was a great experience and Chase definitely will be my agent again in the future.
