We met Chase through Zillow, from the start he was quick and very helpful and had an answer for literally any question we could ask. We were new to the state and Chase understood that so he took a lot of time to show us all of the different towns that he thought we would be interested in. Chase is the perfect example of what a real estate agent should be. We absolutely loved his professionalism and his honesty. He would tell us if a property was fair value and even advised us against certain properties as he did not believe they were listed at the correct price. He made the process of buying a house fun and exciting, he felt like a friend who happened to be our real estate agent. He never said no to showing us any property we thought we were interested in even if that meant driving 35 minutes away multiple times. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars! He truly went above and beyond the normal realtor duties helping us with our lender, the builder and the inspectors. He made the process much easier. Excellent communicator! He really figured out what we wanted and gave us our dream home! I sincerely think we would not be in this house without his help.
