We had several issues through our buying process that created stress for our family. Cheryl was there for us every step of the way and treated us like family rather a client.

Cheryl was amazing in every way, and Le-Li and I could not have been happier. Cheryl was willing to help us out practically 24/7 and made sure everything was handled ASAP and there to support us every step of the way.

Cheryl worked her butt off to make our home purchase process go as well as it could. We had tons of trouble with the seller's side and Cheryl worked every angle she could to get us answers. I know we were pretty demanding and frustrated by several delays but she kept her positive outlook throughout. Cheryl does not make you feel like you are just a transaction, we felt very comfortable with her and trusted her completely.

I will recommend her to everyone I know that is buying a house.

I'm also a big fan of the Century 21 brand and their technology was a big help in the home finding process.

I felt the weight come off my shoulders the moment we signed with Cheryl. As soon as I had the house ready for sale she took over and took care of EVERYTHING. I never felt overwhelmed or burdened. She explained the process in a way that I could easily understand and walked by my side every step of the way. I am so grateful that she was referred to me by a friend who'd said the same about her.

I didn't know selling a house could be as easy as Cheryl made it. I'd never sold one before and all I'd heard were horror stories. With Cheryl it made selling a dream.

I saw Cheryl's dedication while serving me in my house search. She showed a eagerness to find exactly what I listed I needed in my home. She just great at what she does.

This whole house purchasing process was foreign to me as I am a first time buyer. At times it seemed overwhelming to me as there were so many "hands in the pie" so to speak like the seller, the bank, the home inspections to name a few but throughout this whole process the one constant that I knew I could count was Cheryl Ploskonka. That to me was a felling of relief. I never at anytime felt pushed or rushed into making this purchase.
