Contacted Cheryl, and was in to see the house I was interested in that same day. We closed on the house in less than two weeks! Cheryl was extremely professional & had excellent/ quick communication. There were no surprises at closing. The deal went as smoothly as it ever could because of the knowledge and work that Cheryl put in behind the scenes. I was extremely happy with her efficiency and effort.

I really felt like a person with Cheryl Ploskonka and not a commission, her knowledge and experience really showed with this journey. She always had time for me and/or made time for me. Unfortunately I went to an outside lender first and had the worst experience ever with Cardinal Financial (California) however, Cheryl was on point helping me with this lender and without her I don't think this transaction would have happened.
