Where to start? We tried selling our house ourselves to a buyer that kept us hanging for over a year! We finally called Cheryl and not only did she secure us a buyer, she made it a stress free experience for us. Not only did she take care of our sale, she referred us to a realtor out of state to help us find our new home! Not only did she give us an agent to work with, she stayed in communication with him the entire time until we closed. I could not have asked for a better agent for she now is a great friend!

We can not say enough good things about Cheryl, and couldn't have made it through this process without her! Being first time homebuyers we were very nervous and did not know what to expect, but she explained everything to us in detail and was with us every step of the way. She was always available to answer any questions, and always wiling to do the work to find out answers if she didn't know them right away. She was so knowledgeable about areas and house specifics, she would even point things out to the inspectors! She always had our best interest in mind and was incredibly patient while we narrowed down what we were looking for, ultimately leading us to our perfect home. I can't imagine we'd ever want to leave, but if we do, I know exactly who we're going to for help again!
