He earned his real estate licence in 2008 and his managing broker licence in 2020. It is this passion that led him to open his own brokerage, Engel & Volkers Kamloops, in 2019 with his brother and business partner, Matt. Chris does an excellent job of representing the client from pre-listing all the way through to completion. He understands the market, does lots of follow up with both perspective buyers agents as well as his client. His communication style and frequency is excellent. I will continue to use Chris with any real estate agent transactions.
