Chris Town was born and raised in Kamloops and has spent many years becoming familiar with the community and all it has to offer. He earned his real estate licence in 2008 and his managing broker licence in 2020. Since his first year in real estate, Chris has always had the passion to pursue greatness and be among the best in his field. It is this passion that led him to open his own brokerage, Engel & Volkers Kamloops, in 2019 with his brother and business partner, Matt. Since opening Engel & Volkers Kamloops, Chris has been able to enhance the experience he provides to his clients by using the brand’s many unique and intuitive tools. He takes pride in his commitment to his clients, as well as the positive office environment he has created for his fellow Advisors and his staff. When he’s not busy selling real estate, Chris can be found golfing, fishing, visiting Sun Peaks, and spending time with his lovely wife and two adorable sons!

We have only dealt with and trusted Chris as our realtor in Kamloops. We feel he understands what we are looking for and with this recent purchase it was nice being able to trust him and make an offer prior to seeing the house especially when living out of town. This is our second home that we have purchased with his help. He is super friendly, respectful and answers all our questions in a timely manner. His assistant is fantastic in ensuring that we had everything we needed and prepared us for closing making it a much less stressful experience.
