Chris Town

Born and raised in Kamloops, Chris brings more than 18 years of experience as a Kamloops Realtor and an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market to every client he works with. Since becoming licensed in 2008, he has built his business on honest, straightforward advice, strong market knowledge, and always putting his clients' interests first.

In 2019, Chris and his brother and business partner, Matt, opened Engel & Völkers Kamloops. Together, they have built a respected team of Advisors and support staff focused on professionalism, service, and results. Chris is particularly proud that much of his business comes from repeat clients and referrals—a reflection of the trust and relationships he has built throughout his career.

Chris specializes in helping clients buy and sell single-family homes in Kamloops, while also representing new developments and advising clients on real estate investment properties. Clients value his market knowledge, problem-solving ability, and willingness to give clear advice, whether determining the right pricing strategy, negotiating an offer, or navigating a complicated transaction.

When he’s not busy selling real estate, Chris can be found golfing, fishing, visiting Sun Peaks, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
