I don’t think any sale goes perfectly from start to finish. Selling and buying homes is not mainstream. But I truly think considering our realtor was fairly new in real estate she did a standout job and even though we are building and not intending on moving again, we would highly recommend her to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell.

Christian Black was absolutely great to work with on selling our home and buying a new one. He made himself available to answer all our questions with accurate, knowledgeable responses. He is a very professional straight shooter who keeps his clients’ best interests in the forefront of his advice and actions. I highly suggest anyone buying or selling a home in the Clarksville area to use him as their realtor.

Christian Black made the sale of our rental property seamless from start to finish. He took care of getting it sales ready, had contractors that bid out fixes for wayyyy less than our current contractor and got the house sold before we even went on the market. I would put Christian Black and his team up against anyone. He was so quick to help with any questions I had. Brought in a professional photographer for my house, and when I saw the pictures I couldn’t believe how good it looked. We got 11 showings within a day of listing, and an above asking price offer less than 24 hours after listing. I couldn’t of imagined how quick and seamless the whole process went.
I found a few houses that I thought we would like, but Christian showed us the perfect house that fit all of our needs and my wife fell in love with it. I hope to not be moving for awhile, but I will always call on the Christian Black team as my realtor of choice!!!

Christain took his time and explained how things worked since this was our first home we sold with a realtor. He was very patient and explained everything in detail and most importantly he was very easy to like and very easy to talk to. He also was available anything we needed to know anything.

Parker Cole is by far the best realtor! This was our second home buying experience and it was so much better this time with Parker!

Awesome sales team that came in with a plan to sell our house quickly. We made the necessary improvements they mentioned and immediately starting to get movement on our house. This was our third time trying to sale our house in 10 years and the first using Christian Black’s team. His knowledge of the market and area was truly the turning point to get our house sold quickly. Being military, we couldn’t be in the area to make the repairs ourselves, Christians team was amazing getting the repairs done quickly and were truly professionals at accomplishing the sale. Christian has made this entire process of selling our first home as painless as possible. With us living in another state and with our home needing several repairs due to years of being a rental, Christian took care of everything for us which alleviated a lot of our stress. He always answered his phone and any questions we had about the process.

Before putting our rental home on the market, Christian personally walked through the property and recommended several things to be replaced or repaired in order for us to hopefully get some offers quickly. We really appreciated having someone in our corner wanting to improve the quality of our home before listing it.
