I worked with Christine on past transactions and her knowledge and dedication are second to none. As your list of factors show, her sales record speaks for itself. She completely understood my needs because she made it her business to listen and then recommend based of my needs. Her commission was fair and well earned. This is the most important aspect, her estimation of my properties were right on. I used another broker for a property and the broker was so greedy that she over priced the property and I lost multiple sales. Her local knowledge was very instrumental to me in that I had to renovate my properties and she was able to help me through by making suggestions on what to do and how to do it as well as identifying the best ways to market the properties, which helped me to get the properties in their best shape and ready to sell faster that I could by myself.
