Marti was amazing. I received two cards from her at my home in Chicago when she sold the home across the street from our mom's home. That action told me she's going to hustle for my business too. When I was ready to sell I interviewed three agent and by far Marti was my best option. I wanted to have a quick sell at a good price and she delivered. Her recommendations and interest in our property helped move the process to close. She kept me informed every step of the way and I enjoyed working with her and Chuck. They are a great team! In October of 2022, we decided that we wanted to find a second home in the Port Clinton/Catawba area on the water. We had started out using another realtor and just weren't making any progress finding what we wanted. A friend of ours recommended using Marti and Chuck Redmond. We called Marti on a Sunday morning and she answered right away. Marti asked us a few questions regarding what we were looking for and we were on our way. We started receiving emails from Marti with properties that met our search criteria. Marti and Chuck Redmond are very knowledgeable with the Port Clinton/Catawba area. We looked at many properties over the following year and finally found one on which we made an offer and it was accepted. Marti and Chuck were extremely patient with us as we looked at many properties. They were also very receptive to our schedule when looking at properties as we live almost 2 hours away.
Marti and Chuck guided us through the entire process and were a huge help answering any questions that we had. If you are looking for a property in the Port Clinton/Catawba area, I would highly recommend using Marti and Chuck Redmond to assist in finding your "dream home". They helped us find ours!

We absolutely love Marti (Team Redmond) and if we move back to the area, would use Team Redmond as our realtors again. Their knowledge of the real estate market in the Port Clinton/Catawba/Marblehead and surrounding areas is truly remarkable.
