I'm writing this on behalf of my mother, who recently sold her home in Saanich and transitioned into a condo and I cannot say enough about Cody and the care he showed her throughout the entire process.
I live in PEI, so being physically present for any of this simply wasn't possible. From the very beginning Cody made sure that wasn't a problem. He set up video calls with me to walk through every step so I always knew exactly what was happening, and we had scheduled weekly check-ins so nothing ever fell through the cracks. He never made me feel like a burden for being so far away if anything, he went above and beyond to make sure I felt involved and informed.
What truly moved me though was how he treated my mom. He personally drove her around to condo showings, took his time with her, and made sure she felt comfortable and confident in every decision. My mother is now happily settled into her new condo and couldn't be more at peace with the transition. 100/10 recommend Cody!
