I’ve been a full-time REALTOR® since 2012, representing buyers and sellers throughout Fond du Lac County and surrounding communities. Experience has taught me that successful real estate transactions require more than knowing how to write an offer or list a home. They require good communication, careful preparation, local market knowledge, and someone willing to give straightforward advice.

I work with clients at many different stages of life, from first-time homebuyers and growing families to longtime homeowners preparing to sell, downsize, or make their next move. A significant part of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals—relationships I especially value because they are built on trust earned over time.

My role is to help clients understand their options and make informed decisions. For sellers, that means providing an honest assessment of their property and the market, developing a thoughtful strategy, and adjusting when market conditions or buyer feedback tell us we should. For buyers, it means helping them evaluate not only whether they can buy a particular property, but whether it is the right decision for them.

I believe good representation also means being willing to have candid conversations. Sometimes the best advice I can give a client is to move forward confidently. Other times, it may be to slow down, reconsider, or look at the situation differently. My responsibility is to represent my client’s interests, not simply close a deal.

I hold the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designations and earned my Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

We started working with Colette in the Fall of 2023 when we found 4 acres of land. She met with us quickly and connected us with a builder willing to walk the land with us and make sure the lot was buildable. We wrote an offer to purchase within 48 hours (on a Sunday). The following day, our offer was accepted! Fast forward to fall 2024, we needed to put our current home on the market, and we knew we wanted to work with Colette. She was with us from start to finish for both sales. She helped us navigate the process and answered our questions as we walked through all scenarios. We are happy to report we sold our home within a few weeks of putting it on the market. Colette went above and beyond to sell our house!
