A++++++ agent. Being a single mother, I didn't understand all the inns and outs of selling my house. Dallas took the time and explained everything to me. Dallas always answered my calls and texts. He pushed my house and had numerous open houses to market the house. I would recommend dallas to anyone. He made this process so easy.

We heard about Dallas through a friend, and were honestly so glad we decided to go with him. He has worked with us for over 2 years (poor guy), trying to find us our "dream home". We recently purchased a cabin through him also that he was selling, which was a seamless process; then found our "dream home" from a for sale by owner. So he sold our home for us and was so great to work with.....our first potential buyer fell through; he made the process easy to get it back on the market and sold it again the next week:) He did a great job, took the stress off of us, and was just an all around great guy to work with. Very down to earth and yet professional and gave us honest feedback. Not a bad word to say about him! Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

We have worked with Dallas on both ends....the buying and selling of property. Both transactions were great and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Communication was always great too, which is key to any transaction!

I would recommend Dallas Thelen with Century 21 to anyone buying or selling a house. He is very knowledgeable and helped us get top dollar for our house. My only regret is that we didn't call him sooner.
