Dallas Thelen was outstanding! We ran into one issue after another with our bank and the age of the house, then our loan suddenly had to be changed as well as repairs to the house we had to have done, he handled it all!!! He patiently walked us through every detail! We are very greatful for his assistance!

Dallas was very helpful and educated about the current market and conditions. He set expectations about selling our house in a small town, and we were excited to have such a quick transaction. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a professional realtor. Dallas made the process very comfortable for my wife and I in what at times can be a stressful situation.
