I started looking for a house in July. Dana was recommended to me by a buyer's agent organization. She took the time to sit down with me to learn about me and what I was looking for. We started looking at properties right away! She was as excited to see new places as I was. We placed an offer on the perfect property in August. As soon as I decided that this was the one, she dropped everything to get my offer in. She worked tirelessly with the seller's agent, which wasn't always easy. My homebuying experience was difficult with my lender. At times, it was completely discouraging. Dana was my constant cheerleader and went the extra mile to get answers for me when necessary information wasn't forthcoming from other avenues/agencies.
She was completely professional throughout our whole experience. If I were to ever buy a house again (hopefully not!), she would be the first person I would call!
