During our first meeting with her, she explained the entire process, asked us extremely detailed questions about our wants/needs, answered all of our (crazy-sounding) questions, and found some great houses for us to visit. Even in this crazy market, she remained positive that we would find our perfect house. If she didn't know the answer to a question, she would find someone who did and respond to us in a very timely manner (within 24 hours, but often much faster). She negotiated very well for us - we got a seller's credit, which is unusual in this market. All in all, her communication is superb, she is a genuinely kind person, and she will always do what is best for you. Stop realtor shopping and pick Danielle!
