I expected a realtor too only be interested in making a bigger sale. I never thought I would actually enjoy finding the house that was perfect for my wife and I, but rather than it feeling like a tedious task, David made the experience an enjoyable one. David also made sure that everything was in order for us when we were getting close to the closing date, without us even asking. Then, after we closed on the house, David followed up to make sure we were doing good, and there were no problems. David Vander Schaaf was very helpful in the home buying process. He constantly kept in contact with us. And even had a chance to get to know my family. He would work many late nights sending me documents and even rushing things to me when we would run into problems. He was very understanding of what my husband and i could afford and got us in to look and home ls in a hurry. He was very upfront on things especially since we were going for an fha loan. He would do his best to make sure that the homes would qualify before we even waisted out time checking into them. David would keep us informed every turn in the process and made it seam effortless. He worked very hard for me and my growing family it was nice to see his passion and dedication for what he does. We had a rocky road finding a home but he was up for the challenge sometimes answering my text messages and emails in the middle of the night since I work night shift. I would recommend David to anyone his honesty and trustworthiness is amazing as well as how accessible he was. It was nice to have a guy like that in out corner. I hope he goes far in his career. I can't see a reason why he wouldn't.

We appreciated working with David on the Sale of our home. He offered us advice, but when we didn't fully take his advice he willingly and agreeably let us proceed according to our wishes. The sale of our home was somewhat complicated and he carefully explained to us what we could expect and he was very accurate in those predictions thus helping us along in the process.
