I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Dawn Murrain. I am a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about finding the right place. She was accommodating, from finding a lender's credit repair information to ultimately closing the deal. She is honest and hands-on (she even went from house to house, and she did not complain and said, "this is what I am here for.") She helped to take the pressure off me thinking I was wasting her time.
I never felt forced to make an offer, and when I finally found the "one," I hoped that the seller would accept my offer. Dawn walked me through every step of the negotiations, even submitting a letter with the proposal to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose me. That was an extra added value approach in this current market,
